Construction of a new single storey residential Care Home on a former Care Home site.

BSA delivered Civil, Structural and Geo-Environmental Engineering Services to our Client.

The development comprised a single storey timber kit supported on a piled foundation system on account of the especially soft underlying ground conditions.

BSA also designed all roads, parking and drainage systems to serve the proposed development whilst minimising the amount of service diversions required to deliver the development, thus achieving economy to the Client.
