A development of 122No. Units on a brownfield site as part of a wider masterplan.  The project consists of low rise residential dwellings with all associated roads and services.

We were involved from the early stages to devise a strategy for foundations to limit costly piling operations via in-situ investigations to establish suitable bearing strata and achieve the most economic design for our Client.  Foundations across the site vary from reinforced concrete strip foundations to deep trenchfill to piled foundations.
