We provided civil, structural engineering services for our Client as part of the delivery of this 2/3 storey care facility.

 

The development features include Roof Top Plant areas, Large Communal Balconies and Private Balconies.

 

We were responsible for the design of strip foundations, suspended concrete slab and masonry super structure with pre cast upper floors.  The roof structure took the form of timber trusses.

 

We were appointed late in the design process with a brief to streamline the building form and reduce construction costs on behalf of the Client.  This was successfully implemented by rationalising the structural form to ensure the build aligned with the Clients budget and aspirations.
